Project Services Custom campaigns may include the following elements under the hourly fee, depending on specific circumstances:
• Consultation with an account executive and our team, on project goals, targeting, databases, etc. • Purchase of the best prospect list for the target market, if you do not provide one• Development of a calling script and briefing sheets for the marketers • Custom software set-up of prospect database(s) needed for the project • Outbound telemarketing for a defined period, with all telephone charges and personnel costs included in the contract flat rate • Setting appointments for your business development or sales people at times that fit their schedules • Generation of leads/requests for information, and follow-up calling • Generation of summary sheets with detailed information on all appointments and leads; sent via by e-mail, fax, or mail • Mailing confirmations to all appointments, on your letterhead.
