Jerry Sycoff is the president of InsuranceMarketingPros.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of Innovative Concepts. With his expertise from his past successful tele-marketing background, he recognized the pitfalls of sales personnel trying to set their own appointments. Jerry changed the industry by investing in high-tech equipment such as a digital recording system that records all appointments and can transmit all communications via the Internet (.wav files) .Mr. Sycoff has the ability to recognize and develop the best marketing professionals. His highly trained staff can quickly identify the key decision-maker, get through to them, explain the value in our offering, and create a very viable sales opportunity for you, our client. With his motivational skills, he constantly looks for way to improve and upgrade his tele-prospecting staff. Jerry prides himself on making himself available for a free consultation at any time.


Joseph F.  Rohan, VP: National Sales/Operations Director
Joe is a nationally recongized commercial lines marketing expert, having spoken and served as a panelist at many Independent Agents & Brokers, PIA and IBA West functions coast to coast.
Joined forces with Innovative Concepts in 1990. Starting on Long Island with small commercial lines agencies, Joe and his able team have worked with Dodge, Warren & Peters / USI, Willis, Arthur J. Gallagher, HRH and Brown & Brown. 
For the last 25 years Joe has worked exclusively and very successfully with commercial lines brokers across the country. Started Long Island Marketing and Information Systems, a direct mail firm. Successfully working with a number of commercial insurance brokers, Joe was requested by clients to enhance their marketing efforts by utilizing tele-marketing. Commercial line brokers experienced such a degree of success with Joe's tele-prospecting programs, they dropped the direct mail part of their campaigns, exclusively going to tele-prospecting.
